Schweitzer Mountain Community Association

FALL FEST --2008

The Schweitzer Mountain Community Association (SMCA) was formed in 1990 and is the managing arm of the Planned Unit Development(PUD) established the same year and consisting of nearly 500 lots and homes at Schweitzer.  The SMCA performs several functions for members, some of these services are:  architectual reviews, enforcement of the CC&Rs, ski trail funding, contributions to security, funding for concerts and festivals, assistance with village asthetics and special events.

Another great ski season on the mountain!

As the ski season ends, we look forward to getting the community picked up and ready for summer activities 

Hats off to Schweitzer Mountain Resort for another terrific season of great grooming and mountain management.    

This summer the Village tennis courts are available to all SMCA members free of charge, just check in at the Schweitzer Activity Center for court use.
